Statement BHCN & NVBH omtrent KCM weekend & corona virus

Hallo allemaal,

In het kader van de gebeurtenissen rond het coronavirus willen wij als organisatie van het KCM weekend een update geven.

We volgen nauw de berichtgeving vanuit de overheid en staan in contact met het RIVM.

Vooralsnog is er GEEN reden om het KCM weekend af te gelasten. Uiteraard nemen we de nodige voorzorgsmaatregelen (hierbij volgen we de richtlijnen van de FCI, geen handen schudden, zelf gebit van de hond tonen etc).

Mocht de situatie veranderen, zullen we dit zo snel mogelijk communiceren. Indien nodig proberen we het evenement te verplaatsen.

Bij afgelasting vindt er uiteraard restitutie van het inschrijfgeld plaats.

We hopen hiermee een en ander opgehelderd te hebben.

Vergeet vooral niet om uw hond alvast in te schrijven.

Mochten er onverhoopt toch nog vragen zijn, aarzel dan niet om ze te stellen.

Dear All,

In relation to the events concerning the Corona virus, we as organizers of the KCM weekend would like to update you.

We closely follow the news reports of the Government and are in contact with the RIVM.

Currently there is no reason to cancel the KCM weekend. Of course we are taking the necessary precautions (we follow the guidelines of the FCI, no handshaking, show the dogs teeth yourself etc.)

We will communicate as soon as possible, should the situation change. If necessary we will try to reschedule our event.

In case of cancellation, the registration fee will be refunded.

We hope to have clarified the situation for you.

Don’t forget to register your dog for our event.
